ExpertVoice was facing a big challenge. Almost 35% of people who signed up for our platform weren’t monetizing within the first 30 days of membership (monetization = engaging with brand content or making a product purchase).
The current welcome series consisted of two emails and didn’t account for any of the members site behavior during their previous visits or whether the member had successfully affiliated with a team—which is required before they can access brand content and make purchases.
The emails, onsite messaging, and push notifications were created to be sent to members during their first five days of membership, then up to their first 21 days of membership during phase two.
